I am a researcher and public safety subject matter expert who is passionate about actualizing equitable policing. With over 15 years of experience, my recent projects include evaluations of officer safety and wellness initiatives, data analysis for local police departments, and contributing as a subject matter expert on the Independent Monitor of the Newark Department of Public Safety’s Police Division Team.
